1. Self-help service, not legal advice
Maple Incorporate is a document-preparation and filing-assistance platform. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and no solicitor-client relationship is created by your use of the service. For legal advice specific to your situation, consult a licensed lawyer or notary.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. Government registries reject filings containing errors, and you remain responsible for any government fees, name-search costs, and resubmission charges that result from inaccurate information.
3. Fees and refunds
Service fees are payable at checkout in addition to government filing fees. Government fees and name-search (NUANS) fees are non-refundable once a filing or search has been submitted. Service fees may be refunded at our discretion before processing begins.
4. Turnaround times
Estimated turnaround times are provided by the relevant government registry and are not guaranteed. Processing may be delayed by registry backlogs, name examinations, or requests for additional information.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the service fees you paid us for the affected order. We are not liable for government fees, lost profits, or indirect damages.
