Our commitment (PIPEDA & Quebec Law 25)
We comply with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, Quebec's Law 25. We collect personal information only to prepare and file your incorporation documents and to operate your account.
What we collect
We collect the information you enter into the incorporation wizard — including names, addresses, email addresses, director and shareholder details, and optional tax identifiers (SIN/BN) — as well as account credentials and payment confirmation data.
How we use it
Your information is used to generate your corporate documents, submit filings to the relevant registry, deliver completed documents, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and security
Data is stored in encrypted databases and transmitted over secure connections. Sensitive identifiers such as SIN are collected only when required for a specific tax registration and are access-restricted.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent subject to legal and contractual limits. Contact our privacy officer to exercise these rights.
